The Emergency Management Operational Review is a summary of the operational activities undertaken by Victoria’s emergency management personnel across the financial year. The report supports the continuous improvement of the sector by sharing lessons.
The Operational Review is divided into three sections:
- an overview and narrative outlining the operational activities experienced
- a range of case studies of operational incidents
- an update on the themes and insights identified during the previous year and highlights good practice and areas for improvement
